Shipping Syrups
We ship elderberry syrup throughout the week within 1-4 days of an order and shipping itself generally takes 1-5 days depending on proximity to our location.
Shipping Fresh-Frozen Berries & Juice
We ship fresh-frozen berries and Juice Monday through Wednesday (with only a few exceptions based on location that we’re shipping to) to make sure that our products arrive cool and fresh at your doorstep. If you live in the Western 1/3 of the country please try to order over the weekend or by the first of the week to ensure we can get your products to you in a timely manner - if there is a situation where shipping time won’t reach the customer before the weekend we will email you and ship at the next window which will deliver to you before the weekend.
When we ship frozen berries or juice, thawing may occur but product integrity remains high as long as product arrives cool. Please use immediately or place in the freezer for later use!
A note about high volume times
During particularly high volume ordering windows, our shipping window may exceed our normal 1-4 day window - if this is the case we will email a notification to affected customers. As always with our fresh-frozen berries and juice, our main goal is to deliver a truly superior-quality product that benefits your family!
