Our Elderberry Syrup is simply made, with maximum freshness as our goal. We cold press our very own, locally produced elderberries and utilize local raw honey, organic cinnamon, organic ginger, and organic clove in every batch. Great for daily supplementation or adding to teas, kombucha, ginger-beers, etc. 

We now offer a straight cold-pressed elderberry juice for use in recipes, lemonades, tea, tinctures, syrups, etc. made just to your own taste. Cold-pressed elderberry juice provides the best quality possible while cutting out the time and equipment needed to extract the juice.

These 5 lb (10 lb orders are also shipped in two 5 lb bags) quantities are packaged in approximately 1 gallon vacuum sealed bags. Fresh frozen elderberries are full of juice and ready to be made into syrup, pies, muffins, jams or juice by simply thawing and using or boiling with a little water.
