the King’s Ridge Elderberries Return Policy

Elderberry Syrup made with cold pressed juice from elderberries grown here at the King’s Ridge

Our Goal

We expressly aim to bring God glory in everything we do. Our goal at the King’s Ridge Elderberries is to produce the freshest, tastiest elderberries and elderberry products available on the market. As such, our products are perishable or semi-perishable goods that we work hard to distribute in as timely a manner as possible. Hopefully our products are so good you wouldn’t even consider returning them, but in the off chance that you need to return our policy is below:

Not Gems or Handbags…

Our return policy expires at 14 days - we cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or make exchanges if date of purchase was more than 14 days ago. We are, after all, dealing in antioxidant and vitamin rich berries and juice, not gems or handbags…

Prereqs

For an item to be considered for return it must be unopened and in its original wrapping with all seals intact. Proof of original purchase must be provided upon return of any item. Email regarding the return (thePerkins@tkrfarm.com) and then please ship it to: the King’s Ridge, ATTN: Returns, 4971 E 800 S, Lynn, IN 47355.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will send email notification as well as notice whether or not we’ve approved your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be submitted in a few days. Processing may take some time, so please be patient. If more than 2 weeks has passed and no refund has processed back to the original payment card, please contact us at: thePerkins@tkrfarm.com.

Exchanges

Exchange of an ordered product will only be accommodated if the product received is damaged. Email us regarding the damaged item (thePerkins@tkrfarm.com) and then please ship it to: the King’s Ridge, ATTN: Returns, 4971 E 800 S, Lynn, IN 47355.

Shipping

Any costs incurred for shipping returns are to be paid by the customer and are non refundable.
